Whatever you are by nature, keep to it, never desert your line of talent. Be what nature intended for you and you will succeed. |
Ramblewood |
Indulge your passion for contemporary dance during this unique rustic retreat, set on 160 beautiful acres in the countryside of Northern Maryland. This idyllic location is only seventy five minutes from Baltimore and Philadelphia, ninety minutes from Washington DC, and two hours from New York City. |
July 20-26, 2008 |
~Sydney Smith, 1771-1845 |
Evenings at Ramblewood are spent gathered as a community. Enjoy a bonfire, share choreography, or maybe participate in an impromptu performance. And when it is time to turn in, the homey cabins provide a unassuming place to rest and recharge for the next day, complete with hot showers and bathrooms in each cabin. There is simply something special about reconnecting with nature, and spending a week focused solely on your passion. To eat, sleep, and breathe with others who understand your need to move, to strip away everything but the basics and just dance. To become part of a community by way of shared experience. That’s Ramblewood Dance. |
